15 Things About Kai
1. He sleeps in his closet (This should be the subject of another post. It certainly deserves explanation.)
2. He will eat anything we give him - we haven't tried dirt but I bet he'd eat it too.
3. He is very coordinated (and fearless) - playground equipment made for 10-12 year olds pose no problem for him.
4. He is happy 98% of the time - seriously, this kid almost never cries.
5. He loves when Piper reads to him.
6. He loves when J.D. takes him outside to play ball or ride bikes.
7. He waves at everyone. Yes, that includes total strangers waiting next to us at a red light.
8. He loves to dance.
9. Mickey Mouse and Goofy are his heroes. We don't watch much t.v., but when we do, it's always Mickey Mouse Club House.
10. He gets excited about new clothes and especially, new shoes. I think this comes from having nothing his first 2 years of life.
11. The only Chinese word he still uses is baba (daddy in English.)
12. He is a little bit of a bully to smaller kids (we are working diligently on this.) Playmates that try to take his toy away should do so at their own risk!
13. He was recently the subject of a 911 call. He fell backwards off a chair and bashed his head on our brick fireplace - nice stitches Dr. Smith!
14. He loves school - even though it's only 3 hours a day, 2 days a week.
15. He is the most amazing 3 year old in the world!
